Short Term Copier Rentals

If you are looking for a short term copier rental, we have a couple of Xerox WorkCentre 6505 copiers for that weekend show or convention.  Our prices are much better than getting a huge copier to be on site.  Our copier rental rates for the 6505/DN which have the capability to print / copy / scan and fax.

1 Day — $149

2 – 3 Days – $249

3 – 7 days – $349

7+ Days – $399

This includes 1,000 black and white copies and 50 color copies.  Additional copies cost $.05 per black and white and $.19 per color copy.

Please give us a call if you would like to rent the color copier(s) we have in Denver.  If you rent both, you get 25% off the base rate for the second unit.
