Xerox WorkCentre 7535 Copier Quirk

If you have recently bought a Xerox WorkCentre 7535 or a copier in that family (the 7525, 7535, 7545 or 7556) you may be getting confirmation pages or a banner page that spit out of the copier with the user name on them.  It gets annoying for most companies and wastes money.  One of our customers kept getting this issue, even when it was disabled via the driver, so finally we were able to get the issue resolved by following the instructions in this video.
